  1. Pour boiling water over teabag and infuse 3-5 minutes. 
  2. Add raspberry jam and stir while tea is still hot. 
  3. After tea has cooled down, shake well with plenty of ice and add chopped basil leaves. 
  4. Serve in tall glass and decorate with slices of lemon or lime.
