Discover tea paradise. A tea that has a long and tightly twisted jet black leaf, characteristic of the finest low-grown* Ceylon teas. This grade of Ceylon gives a very premium appearance, although the cup color is relatively light it has a distinctive sharp and brisk character that works well with our unique blend of Bergamot and Orange Blossom flavoring.
*Low-grown refers to Ceylon teas grown in the southern tea growing regions of Sir Lanka, Ruhuna, and Sabaragamuwam, as the name suggests they are grown at altitudes below 600m.

Tea Preparation
Water
The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water.
Temperature
Heat fresh water to a rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.
Infusion Time
Use the infuser of your choice. Measure 1 teaspoon of tea per person. For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea bag.Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 5-7 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.
Caffeine Level
This black tea has more caffeine than teas in our green tea range. It's important to keep in mind that brew time accounts for the primary influence over a tea's caffeine content.
